John Russell, Executive Director

TF Global Corp was founded in 2023 by John E. Russell. John has a passion for sports and working with youth. He was born and raised in Texas where he was active in the community through blood drives and feeding the homeless. He was an active sports agent who saw the need for youth to get connected to the resources that would support their dreams. 

When he moved to Nevada in 2017 he started coaching a local basketball team. From there, he facilitated toy drives, food drives, and backpack drives for local schools and youth in need. For Fuel Up to Play 60, he coordinated the NFL training camp with the Las Vegas Raiders and some of the local schools. He is a Juvenile Probation Officer who sees the community wide need for crime and drug prevention, which fuels his passion for TF Global Corp. 

Victor Jackson, President 

Victor Jackson obtained his Master’s in Criminal Justice with a minor in Social Work from Texas State University-San Marcos. While continuing to work in the field of Criminal Justice he has also played a pivotal role in grass roots organizations in the community.  He has recently been appointed to the Use of Force Committee to evaluate policies/procedures of the local police department.  He also helped to develop and oversee the Drug Court program within his department where he has been employed for 13 years. 

He has had the opportunity to create, coach and manage various youth sports programs (YDL and NHO) across the Central Texas area. He has provided workout programs as a personal trainer for youth and professional athletes, both locally and abroad.  He has also recently coached in the local AAU basketball circuit. While giving back to his community he continues to encourage and mentor athletes to make the right life choices. He also is the owner and operator of Thoroughly Fit, LLC (www.thorofit.com). This company provides natural/alkaline products for consumers to utilize to maintain a healthy lifestyle. As a former athlete, he emphasizes the importance of a good mind/body connection to maintain optimal performance.

Kim Russell, Secretary

Kim is a single mother of a teenage daughter. She takes great pride in being on the Board of Directors of TF Global Corporation because she has always wanted to give back to the community. She was raised by a single mother with four brothers in a small town in Texas. This gave her the ability to see many different perspectives. She describes herself as having a loving heart. She is a broker by day, but on the weekends she serves at food and clothing drives at her church. In her free time, she managers I-9 Sports, which is the nation’s largest multi-sport provider. I-9 Sports provides high-quality, community based youth sports programs for children ages 3 and up. She loves this position because her daughter works alongside her. She loves to watch children grow and thrive through the most critical years of their lives. All of these qualities make her a perfect fit for serving as a TF Global Corporation Board Member.

Jesse Jones, Treasurer  

Jesse Jones is a true triple threat – entrepreneur, athlete, and mentor. As the founder and CEO of Mccoy Investment Properties, he has established himself as a successful business-savvy leader in his community. His athletic accomplishments are no small feat either; Jesse was an impressive college basketball player and even played professionally in China. But it’s his dedication to the Boys to Men group in Houston that shines brighter than any of his accomplishments. With tremendous energy, enthusiasm and heart, Jesse selflessly guides and mentors young males for a more promising future. He is undoubtedly driven by success and dedicated to making a lasting impact on those he encounters along the way.
